WHAT is the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale?

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you know about the 2021 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is the best sale that Nordstrom has every year and is divided up into two different sections- early access and public access. Early access lets some members shop the sale early, and public access is when everyone gets access to the sale! This is one of the only sales you can shop for BEFORE a season starts- which is it’s so fabulous!  It’s not picked over, left over items – it’s ready for the upcoming season stuff! 

And possibly, most importantly, The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale has special deals from all your favorite designers and brands so it’s a perfect time to stock up on all your wardrobe staples and more!

WHEN is the 2021 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale?

Get your calendars out, because these are all the dates that you need to know for the sale!  All prices go back up on August 8th, so make sure you’re buying everything your heart desires now so that you don’t have any regrets once the sale is officially over!

• July 6- July 11: Online product preview.

• Icon level cardholders can begin shopping the sale  July 12- July 13

• Ambassador level cardholders can start shopping the sale. July 14- July 15. Icon level cardholders can continue shopping. 

• Influencer level cardholders can start shopping the sale July 16- July 18. Icon level cardholders and ambassador level cardholders can continue shopping.

• July 19- July 27: Early Access. All cardholders can shop the sale.

• July 28- August 8: Public Access. Everyone can shop the sale.

HOW to Prepare for the 2021 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale

If you want to shop the sale early, make sure you are a Nordstrom cardholder so that you can shop early access. Being a Nordstrom cardholder means you get to use the great rewards and you get to shop the sale early. If you apply for a Nordstrom card before the sale begins and you’re approved, you’ll get a Nordstrom Note, aka a rewards certificate or gift card, if you spend $100 on the day you are approved. If you’re not currently a cardholder, I’d recommend you sign up for a card on the day of the sale and use this immediately! There’s no annual fee for the card, and for every $1 you spend at Nordstrom you receive 2 points. Become a cardholder so you can get all the best deals and shop, shop, shop!

If you’re already a Nordstrom cardholder, you can check your status on the Nordstrom website to see when you can start shopping the anniversary sale. Being a cardholder also means you get perks like alterations, same-day delivery on certain items, and more. Plus, you get to shop early for the anniversary sale, which means you’ll have first dibs on everything you want!

How to Preview the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 

Just like last year, Nordstrom is letting people preview the sale online. Which is awesome! This lets you see what’s on sale, you can add things to your wishlist, and means you’ll be ready for the sale when you’re finally able to shop! Nordstrom is opening up the preview of the sale online July 6. This gives you plenty of time to shop the sale and figure out what you wanna buy! Even if you’re a cardholder, this gives you even more time to plan your buys. And make shopping on the day of the sale easier and faster. These are just a few extra tidbits that will make shopping the 2021 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale easier and more enjoyable for you!

• Download the Nordstrom App: This is the easiest and fastest way to shop the sale. Not only are you signed into your account, but you can get notifications when items on your wishlist and shopping list are back in stock! 

• Double Your Rewards: This is a tip for all the cardholders! Use personal Double Points Day to get twice the amount of points while shopping the sale! 

• Get Email Updates: Stay up to date on any and all news about the Nordstrom sale by signing up for emails. This will tell you know everything you need to know so you are super ready for the sale.

• Free Shipping: Nordstrom will ship most things for free to anywhere in the United States.

• Contactless Curbside Pickup: If you don’t want to shop in the store or have things delivered, this is a great option. It’s a fast and super convenient way to shop the Anniversary sale!
